Return Policy

NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, CHARGES APPLY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

Thank you for your purchase at COCO-London. We hope you are satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full/partial refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@coco-london.uk for the return address. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returning or exchanging items is simple. Just email us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Product Name

Return Period: You have 14 days to return your order without providing a reason. This period starts on the day you receive your package. Please ensure that the returned package reaches our warehouse within 14 days.

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original sale condition, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered, with all tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Returns must use the same service as the original delivery.
  • Returns must be send to the return address on the return form.
  • Custom items cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene products, such as underwear, cannot be returned for safety and health reasons.

Important Notes:

  • Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotions:Both items from a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal must be returned together. We cannot offer refunds or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, you may exchange one of the items for a different size or color while keeping the other.
  • Sale items: Please be aware that items purchased on sale are non-returnable. We recommend double-checking your selection before finalizing your order.

 

Processing Returns: If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will process it immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days.

You can track the status of your return using the tracking code provided when you return your item.

After your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation. If you are eligible for a refund, it may take up to 3 business days to appear in your bank account.

Return Costs: Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
