Below you will find the estimated delivery time for all our packages:

  • Once your order is placed, we require 1 to 3 working days to process it. During the week, processing usually takes only one working day, but if you place your order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
  • After processing, your order will be shipped, and delivery will take approximately 8 to 12 working days on average.

Placing an order

At COCO-London placing an order is simple and straightforward. Begin by visiting the product page and adding your desired item(s) to your shopping cart. To do this, click the green or black "Add to cart" button.

Before proceeding, make sure you have selected the correct product options or variants. If everything looks good, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. On the information page, you’ll need to fill in your address details accurately. Once complete, click on the "Continue to Shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you’ll have another opportunity to review and confirm your address. Here, we also remind you that all shipments are completely free of charge. As a token of our gratitude, we cover all shipping and delivery costs for our customers. When you’re ready, click the "Proceed to payment" button to move forward.

In the payment options, you can choose from several secure methods. All payments made on COCO-London are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a completely secure payment environment.

Available payment methods include:

  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. Regardless of the size or quantity of your order, you will never incur shipping costs. No minimum order value is required.

Dispatching Your Order

Once you’ve discovered your perfect product on our website, we want you to enjoy it as soon as possible. That’s why we work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly.

To keep our prices competitive, we group orders into larger shipments and send them out once we reach our minimum batch size. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly world.

Cancellation of the order

Your order will be fully refunded if you cancel it within 12 hours of purchase. Please send us an email if you decide to cancel the order.

We work with a fully automated system, orders are immediately fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or refunded. 

Disclaimer: If you submitted a cancellation request within 12 hours but we were unable to respond before the order was processed, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. While creating an account is not required, it makes it easier to track the package.

Change of address/phone

If you want to change the phone number or address reserved when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is sent. Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the information. In this case, you can request the return and place the order again.

Order cannot be tracked

If you have a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us for the estimated delivery time.
